met daniel for a run again.

i think i wun finish the run. lol.
aft that met sweetheart.
went to pay respect to her grandfather
then we went to lunch.
before we went bowling.
ended up dining at 85 =)
super tired.
leg muscle tear
shoulder joint still hurts
hand muscle ache.
